وقتی هفت کودک به اردوگاه تابستانی می‌رن، آخرین چیزی که انتظارش رو دارن، بارش برفه… اونم در ماه جولای! توی این آشفتگی عجیب، هر کدوم از بچه‌ها یه دستگاه مرموز دریافت می‌کنن که اونا رو به دنیای دیگه‌ای منتقل می‌کنه. وقتی توی اون دنیا به هوش میان، با موجودات عجیبی روبه‌رو می‌شن که خودشون رو «دیجیمون» می‌نامن. دیجیمون‌ها بهشون می‌گن که وارد «دنیای دیجیتال» شدن؛ جایی خیلی دور از خونه. حالا فقط با دیجیمون‌ها و دستگاه‌هایی که "دیجی‌وایس" نام دارن، این هفت کودک باید راهی برای برگشت پیدا کنن و بفهمن چرا اصلاً به این دنیا آورده شدن. به رهبری تایچی یاگامی بی‌پروا و دیجیمون همیشه‌گرسنه‌اش آگومون، این گروه باید با نیروهای ناشناخته و شر مبارزه کنن و کم‌کم رازهای دنیای عجیب و غریب دیجیتال رو کشف کنن.

When a group of seven children go to summer camp, the last thing that they expect is snow falling in July. In the confusion that follows this phenomenon, they each receive an odd device that transports them to another world. As soon as they wake up in this new world, they encounter strange creatures who call themselves "Digimon." The Digimon tell them that they've landed in the "Digital World," far from home. With only the Digimon and the "Digivices" as protection, the seven children set off to find their way home and learn the reason why they were brought here. Led by the impulsive Taichi Yagami and his hungry Digimon partner Agumon, this group will have to fight unknown evils as they discover more about this outlandish Digital World.
